Jacob de Graaf, a.k.a. dailyportrait , is a Dutch born artist living and working in North Yorkshire. In March 2010 he started work on a portrait project, the details of which I’ll let the man himself get into below. I’ve been following Jacob’s progress and his exceptionally delicate and refined style of portraiture with great intrigue — i t’s an impressive task he’s set himself. Particularly since he confesses to having a wavering stamina for such undertakings. This weekend’s Get the Look: Decor is inspired by the Cape Cod mid-century ranch of Sue Teso and her family. Sue and her husband have been slowly updating their home since 2008 in the hopes of creating a casual, Scandinavian-style beach house.
